Hotel Booking Policy

All cancellations are requested to be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of no show/cancellation after the cut-off period, one-night retention will be charged on the confirmed reservation.

Broad terms governing our offering are as follows
  • Check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and attract extra charges accordingly.
  • All bills for extras must be settled directly at the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • All arrivals prior to 8:00 am will be booked, held & charged from the previous evening itself.
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • At the time of making reservations, please ensure to make full payment in order to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
  • 100% advance will be required 15 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Reservations are held on a provisional basis and can be waitlisted unless guaranteed by cash advance/credit card details.
  • All cheque payments are to be made five working days prior to the event.
  • Kindly send us the billing instructions on your company letterhead. The letter should specify the date/s of the event, billing address including GST details & the name of the person to whom the bills have to be addressed.
