We at Comfort Hotel Vista, Lucknow, share your concern to make your function a grand success. In order to avoid inconvenience and to maintain the premises in perfect condition for future functions we would like to bring your kind attention to the following points:
- Any event/social function held in the hotel premises, the guest is responsible for the license of Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL) & or The Indian Performing Right Society Ltd (IPRS).
- The booking party shall have no right to seek any refund of any amount paid to the hotel as an advance, in case the booking is cancelled or postponed, due to any unforeseen happening like war, riots, civil unrest, pandemic or an act of God or any other reason whatsoever.
- Use of firecrackers and road bands will not be allowed inside the hotel premises.
- The cost of food is charged per plate and not per person. The modalities of plate counting can be agreed upon with us in advance whereby we can appoint joint monitors to control the number of empty plates delivered to food counters. Initially, a minimum number will be placed and then in units of 25 as authorized from time to time by your coordinator.
- Food shall be prepared only for 110% of the number of guests guaranteed. Should the number of persons exceed 10% over the guaranteed number, the hotel would be unable to ensure consistency in the quality of food and services.
- Should the actual number of guests increase by over 10% over the guaranteed number, there would be an additional surcharge of 20% on the rate applicable. This additional charge would be applicable for all guests over 110% with no exception at all.
- Banquet Halls timings for the day session will be from 11.00 to 17.00 hours and the night session from 19.00 to 24.00 hours.
- Please note the snacks circulation timing would be for 90 minutes from the time specified by you and lunch will be served till 15.00 hours and dinner will be served till 24.00 hours only with no further delay.
- The minimum capacity guaranteed by you will be charged in full and any shortfall to the minimum quantity will not attract any further discount. Packing would not be allowed in banquets and the same would be arranged at an additional cost.
- All beverages will be charged as per actual consumption.
- We require the permission of the local administration for celebrity performances and all licenses and permission to be taken care of by the booker only. Submit a copy to the hotel management well in advance or before the event.
- Smoking is prohibited in all public places, including restaurants and banquet halls. Anyone found violating the rule is likely to meet with a monetary penalty.
- Peace and quiet are to be maintained at all times so that there is no disturbance to other guests.
- Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
- The hotel would not be responsible for any loss. It is advised that you use the safe in the room for storing valuables.
- In case the banquet hall set-up is being organized by you, please ensure the carpet and walls are safe and ensure no damage. Betel (Pan) consumption is not allowed inside the hotel premises.
- All the audio-visual equipment that is required, will be charged additionally.
- The hotel does not accept any responsibility or liability of any nature including financial or otherwise in case of an accident of any contractual staff who is employed by the customer in the hotel in relation to tenting, stage/structure fabrication.
- To cover the event from the risk of fire, accident, floods, storms. earthquake, loot, riots etc. you are advised to cater the adequate insurance coverage.
- The management at Comfort Hotel Vista, Lucknow, reserves all the rights to add, delete, change, and amend part or the entirety of the terms and conditions, without any prejudice to anyone, at any time.
Note:
- The above rates are exclusive of applicable government taxes. Any amendments in the taxes will be applicable to the offered rate.
- Current government regulations require all guests to present proof of identity with address at the time of check-in. This could be a Passport and a valid Visa (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter Id Card or Aadhaar Card.
- Pan Card will not be accepted as proof of identity.
